Any information that you supply will be processed by the Arborfield & Barkham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group who are independently analysing the results of this feedback on behalf of Arborfield & Barkham Parish Councils, who, for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), are the Data Controllers.

From time to time we may ask you to volunteer your feedback on the processes associated with creating a Neighbourhood Plan together with your postcode, if you wish to provide it, for geographic context. You have the option to supply us with your email address if you would like to receive periodic progress updates.

Information provided will be kept securely, treated as strictly confidential, used only for the purposes of developing the Neighbourhood Plan and may be kept for a period of time after its completion to comply with the prevailing legislation.

Your information will not be shared with any other parties, but please note that any comments you make may appear anonymously in the published results.

The Neighbourhood Plan web site does not create cookies (text files) on your computer to track your movements.

We do keep a record of which web pages have been visited to monitor overall use of the site but this does not entail collecting personal data, it simply counts how many web browsers have visited a page over a given time.
